Mr. Saeed Anwar manages and directs Oriental Consultants' Pakistan operations. With over 20 years of executive experience across corporate advisory, enterprise software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and international client delivery, he leads all Pakistan hub engagements, cross-border corporate partnerships, and regional consulting services.

The Dubai regional desk is directly managed by CEO Sayyed-ul-Abrar and Managing Director Saeed Khan, providing executive-level cross-border advisory, corporate holding structures, and multilateral fund routing across the UAE and Middle East.

Our England and European operations are managed by Mansoor Amin (ACCA Member). He oversees international donor coordination, UK Charity Commission regulatory compliance, institutional audit liaison, and multilateral project execution across the United Kingdom and Europe.

Our North America operations in Ontario, Canada are directed by Mr. Asad (M.Com). He leads international grant oversight, Afghan diaspora corporate consulting, and cross-border financial governance connecting North American entities with regional delivery partners.

Our Africa operations in DR Congo are directed by Mr. Adil and Saifullah Khan (Finance Consultant, 16 Years Experience). They lead institutional development, KuickBok and ERP system implementations, financial governance, and specialized advisory services for mining, infrastructure, and commercial enterprises across Central Africa.
